Payment

• Airfare & 25% deposit of Tour is required at the time of confirmation
• Full payment must be received 45 days prior to the start date

Cancellation

• 90 days before - entitled to a full refund after deducting nominal communication fees of US Dollars/Euro 400.00 per person.
• 89 days to 60 days - 10% cancellation OR of US Dollars/Euro 400.00 per person whichever is higher.
• 59 days to 30 days – 50% cancellation.
• 29 days to 15 day – 75% cancellation.
• Less than 15 days OR No show – 100% cancellation.
• Air Fare - Cancellation charges of US Dollars/Euro 75.00 per person per sector and there will be NO REFUND in case of restricted fares.
• In case of special experiences such as Balloon rides, Game Drives and engagement of specific specialists/ chef sessions, cancellations charges up to the full charge may apply.
