As new areas have opened up, so have the range of experiences. The blend of Hinduism and Buddhism is evident in the temples and monasteries. The country is so varied, from the might of the Himalayas to the busy city of Kathmandu and then the lush forests of Chitwan where the one horned Rhino has thrived under community based protection. Short flights are the way to go here as driving can be long and ardous.
