  • Tibet’s high-altitude requires acclimatization prior to activity. Flying into Lhasa and acclimatizing there is recommended since it is lower than other areas of Tibet
  • Lhasa, Tibet’s capital city, has history of more than 1300 years and offers several cultural and historical attractions. Leading amongst them are the world heritage sites the Potala Palace and Norbulingka, the former residences of the Dalai Lama
